Prior to submitting your completion assessment review these key points to help verify your PER requirements

 

1. Whether you are reporting as EVR or as PPR, all candidates are required to achieve the following in order to complete the practical experience requirements: 

  • Minimum 30 months duration  

  • Core, depth and breadth 

  • One question, per enabling competency, achieved at a level two (all parts must be answered) 

2. All experience reports should have a minimum of at least: 

  • 3 or more reporting periods of 6-12 months increments in appropriate sequence (no overlapping) 

  • 3 or more mentor meetings documented in PERT 

*each 6-month report should have a corresponding mentor meeting 

 

As an EVR candidate: 

  • Responses should be clear and robust 

  • Duties/tasks align correctly with the appropriate technical competency

  • Reports clearly show progression 

  • Appropriate leave recorded for each reporting period 

 

As a PPR candidate:  

  • Responses should correspond correctly with your target proficiency 

  • Reports clearly show progression 

  • Appropriate leave recorded for each reporting period 

 

*Audit and Assurance candidates only:

Ensure to complete your “Chargeable Summary of Hours” and have it signed by your Program Leader before attaching it to your final report.
